Talking about Rupert Murdoch

Mark Bowden talks about his excellent Murdoch piece over at the Atlantic.

Talking about your piece is cynically considered one of those ways to squeeze the last bit of juice out of editorial. But it does also allow you to address issues that couldn’t be expanded in the original. I think it works better with TV where there is stuff that doesn’t fit.

There are three videos all about 7′. Each comes with a 10″ sponsor pre-roll. But there are titles too. In the first one Bowden doesn’t get to open his mouth until a 1’20″ in.

In the second more intersting one, Bowden talks about himself and how he got started in the 1970s, but you’ll have to go to the site for that.
