This morning James Naughtie interviewed Mohammed al-Fayed on the Today programme – it’s here. It wasn’t live. I’m guessing that after the Jeremy Vine experience, the BBC has decided that Mr al-Fayed is a prime candidate for pre-recording.
Al-Fayed’s case runs on the confusion over Henri Paul’s blood sample, which even if it were true, is more convincing evidence of a cock-up than a conspiracy.
The only people who seem to have escaped al-Fayed’s censure are the pursuing photographers and Paul himself…ironic, really.
