Thus I have known a large <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Edition<\/span> of the story of an old <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Woman<\/span> drowned at <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Ratcliff Highway<\/span> sell here to good profit, whilst a <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Piece<\/span> recommending <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Piety <\/span>and <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Religion <\/span>never sold at all.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Anna Nicole Smith &#8211; in death, <a href=\"http:\/\/thinkprogress.org\/2007\/02\/09\/anna-nicole-media-embarassment\/\" target=\"_blank\">more covered<\/a> than the war in <b>Iraq<\/b>.
